Overview

Fitness Forum PT is seeking a dedicated Exercise Specialist/Rehab Tech to support patients in their individualized exercise programs under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists in Chester, MD. This role involves ensuring patient safety during aquatic therapy sessions and providing essential customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide and assist patients with their exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, confirming appointments, and scheduling patients
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed

Required skills

  • CPR certification (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Preferred experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or a medical office setting
  • Aquatic therapy experience
  • Exercise science knowledge
