Overview

The Executive Director at The Ashford on Broad in Columbus, Ohio, plays a pivotal role in managing operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for seniors. Key responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operations of the community, ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead a team of department leaders responsible for care, culinary services, sales, maintenance, and customer service.

  • Manage annual budget projections and financial forecasting.
  • Market the community to maintain adequate occupancy levels.
  • Complete reports required by government agencies and maintain community standards.

Required skills

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living.
  • Proven ability to implement operational excellence.
  • Experience leading successful teams in senior care environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or 100 credit hours in gerontology or health care.
