Job Description

Overview

The Executive Director for Wallick Communities will oversee the operations of the Oakleaf Village Columbus and The Grove communities, ensuring a high-quality living environment for seniors. This role involves managing various departments and fostering an inclusive workplace culture while maintaining budgetary and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of the community, ensuring quality service for seniors
  • Manage financial health, regulatory compliance, and community performance
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain strong communication with residents and families
  • Develop and promote an inclusive and engaging work environment
  • Lead department leaders in clinical care, culinary, sales, office operations, and maintenance
  • Address resident relations issues promptly and satisfactorily
  • Execute annual budget projections and financial forecasting
  • Oversee community marketing to maintain occupancy levels
  • Complete reports required by government agencies and maintain Company standards

Required skills

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or significant post-high school education in gerontology or healthcare
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
  • Experience in operational excellence and team leadership
