Overview

The Executive Director of Programs at Think Together will play a crucial role in leading and managing educational programs across the designated area, ensuring program fidelity and adherence to organizational standards. This leadership position involves collaborating with district partners, overseeing a team of Program Delivery Managers, and driving contract negotiations to secure and enhance program quality and implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Program Delivery Managers to implement and manage programs effectively.
  • Set performance expectations and hold team members accountable for program goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Program Monitoring to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Manage resources for program needs, including staffing, training, and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and contractual obligations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for District Liaisons to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with the Partner and Customer Success team.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or related field; master's preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in education or nonprofit sectors.
  • 3 years of experience in contract negotiations and business growth.
  • 4 years of management experience with outcomes-based performance.
  • Experience managing budgets over $10 million.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

  • Salary range of $120K-$135K depending on various factors.
