We combine compassionate patient care with innovative technology and streamlined processes to support our clinicians, strengthen outcomes, and create a positive experience for the patients and families we serve.We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership as we continue to build and grow our hospice program in the Naples market.Position Summary The Executive Director will have overall responsibility for the leadership, operations, financial performance, compliance, quality, and growth of the Hospice Program.This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced healthcare executive who understands the importance of balancing exceptional patient and family care with operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial accountability, and sustainable growth.The Executive Director will lead and develop the hospice management team, monitor key operational and financial metrics, support census growth, and ensure the program consistently meets regulatory, quality, and patient-care standards.As a key representative of Preferred Care in the community, this leader will also establish and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, managed care organizations, and other healthcare partners.Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight of hospice operations, performance, and growth initiatives.Develop and manage budgets while maintaining strong financial accountability.Monitor census, staffing, productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and other key performance indicators.Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the hospice management team and staff.Build a high-performing culture centered on quality, accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care.Drive census growth through strong community relationships and referral development.Partner with marketing and business development leadership to expand Preferred Care's hospice presence in the community.Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living communities, managed care organizations, and other referral sources.Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations, licensing, certification, and survey requirements.Promote continuous quality improvement, patient and family satisfaction, and positive clinical outcomes.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, staffing, and overall program effectiveness.Collaborate with organizational leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term growth.Serve as a visible and professional representative of Preferred Care within the healthcare community.Help attract, retain, and develop talented team members who reflect Preferred Care's commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.What We're Looking For 10+ years of healthcare experience, with significant hospice leadership experience strongly preferred.5+ years of senior management or executive-level healthcare leadership experience.Strong understanding of hospice operations, Medicare reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and survey readiness.Proven experience with budgeting, financial oversight, strategic planning, and program growth.Demonstrated success developing referral relationships and expanding business within the healthcare community.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to build, m
