Overview

Old Main Village Assisted Living Community is looking for a full-time Executive Director in Mankato, MN, to lead their operational team in a historic 73-bed facility. The role involves developing and administering policies that ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility programs and activities
  • Maintain and communicate written policies and procedures for facility operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations for department managers
  • Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies and during inspections
  • Maintain liaison with families and residents to ensure quality care
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of department managers and staff
  • Monitor staff performance and resolve performance issues
  • Prepare annual operating budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain building/good repair

Required skills
