Overview

Old Main Village Assisted Living Community in Mankato, MN is looking for a full-time Executive Director to lead their operational team. The Executive Director will oversee the development and administration of policies, ensuring compliance and enhancing the quality of life for residents in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate facility programs and activities.
  • Maintain and communicate written policies and procedures governing facility operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for department managers and assist in policy development.
  • Represent the facility in dealings with external agencies.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure policies are being followed.
  • Maintain good public relations and engage with families and residents.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent personnel.
  • Ensure that staff is adequately trained and present.
  • Monitor and address staff performance issues.
  • Prepare an annual operating budget and allocate resources accordingly.
