Overview

MinistryHub is looking for an Executive Director to lead Friendship House Roanoke, a nonprofit focused on serving vulnerable families through relationship-based care. The role requires a blend of spiritual leadership, team development, community engagement, and organizational oversight to help the ministry grow and fulfill its mission effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Model a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold the mission
  • Lead and develop program coordinators and staff
  • Oversee all ministry programs and maintain high operational standards
  • Build relationships with local churches and partners for engagement
  • Partner with the Board of Directors in vision and governance
  • Support donor engagement and church-based fundraising
