Overview

MinistryHub is seeking an Executive Director for Friendship House Roanoke, a Christ-centered nonprofit focused on serving vulnerable families in Roanoke, Virginia. The role involves spiritual leadership, team development, community engagement, and oversight of operational and programmatic aspects of the ministry.

Key responsibilities

  • Model a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and uphold the mission.
  • Lead and develop program coordinators and staff.
  • Oversee all ministry programs to ensure health and effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with local churches and partners.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors in vision and governance.
  • Support donor engagement and church-based fundraising.

Required skills
