Overview

The Executive Coordinator at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing will be responsible for administrative and reservations-related functions within the Reservations Department. This role involves serving customers, managing bookings, and maintaining communication with guests to ensure exceptional service in a dynamic and year-round environment in Blue River, BC.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and reservations functions within the Reservations Department
  • Serve customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Support guest inquiries, bookings, and requests
  • Maintain guest data bank and accurate reservations
  • Manage extensive guest correspondence through phone and email
  • Receive and post payments, managing end-of-day reports
  • Follow up with guests on credits, feedback, and re-bookings
  • Participate in emergency planning and response efforts
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, reservations, and sales
  • Understanding of hospitality industry principles and practices
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with resort booking software and Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of German is an asset
  • Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a diverse environment
