Overview

Sanctuary Grande is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Dining Services team in Minerva, Ohio. The role involves planning and directing operations to provide quality nutritional services while ensuring that the dining department is clean, safe, and sanitary for residents and staff alike.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and organize the overall operation of Dining Services
  • Ensure quality nutritional services are provided
  • Create decorative food displays and determine food presentation
  • Assist in planning regular and special diet menus
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including reports and evaluations
  • Coordinate dining services with other departments
  • Maintain a good working rapport with community staff
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Delegate responsibilities to department staff
  • Establish production lines to ensure timely meal preparations

Required skills

  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution
