Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 4 for Erlanger Main in Chattanooga, TN, who will manage daily food production in a high-quality culinary environment. The role requires a strong culinary background with experience in menu development, food safety, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily food production including planning and controls
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe adherence and food quality
  • Manage food costing, controls, and compliance
  • Develop menus and manage inventory
  • Promote high expectations for customer service and quality of food
  • Develop and train front-line employees
  • Maintain knowledge of special diets and allergens
  • Utilize Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
