Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 3 to lead culinary operations at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. This role involves overseeing menu planning, budgeting, inventory management, and client engagement, while ensuring high-quality culinary experiences in a high-volume dining setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily food production for residential dining, retail, and catering.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards.
  • Oversee food costing, financial controls, and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop creative and cost-effective menus.
  • Build strong client and customer relationships.
  • Lead and train front-line culinary staff.
  • Support catered events with menu development and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and allergen management.
  • Utilize Sodexo Food Management System (FMS).
