Overview

Sodexo's Campus Services is looking for an Executive Chef 3 for the SUNY Delhi Campus in Delhi, NY. This role is pivotal in overseeing culinary operations, focusing on innovation, team development, and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The Executive Chef will be hands-on in managing kitchen operations and will be accessible to staff during service times.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of back of house operations including ordering and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary standards, recipe execution, and food quality
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Implement and maintain automated food inventory and management systems
  • Participate in national and regional culinary initiatives
