Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing, menu compliance, and inventory.
  • Conduct food cost analysis and food production forecasting.
  • Implement Sodexo Culinary standards, ensuring recipe compliance and food quality.
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
