Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at Alfred University in Java Center, NY. This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences through innovation, team development, and operational excellence, while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all back-of-house culinary operations, including menu planning and recipe execution.
