We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Founder, Eva Moskowitz. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of the country's most influential education leaders in a role that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and responsiveness. Every day is different, and success depends on your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision in a fast-movingenvironment. This is an onsite position based in New York City, five days per week. The role will begin as a temporary 3-4 week assignment with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position if it proves to be a strong mutual fit. The RoleAs Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for keeping the CEO organized, informed, and operating at maximum effectiveness. You will manage a demanding schedule, coordinate shifting priorities, and ensure day-to-day executive operations run seamlessly. This is not a traditional 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position. Your schedule will align with the CEO's needs, requiring flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and last-minute changes. The ideal candidate is energized by fast-paced work, thrives under pressure, and remains composed while managing sensitive and high-priority matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar, ensuring the CEO's time is prioritized effectively. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and logistics while proactively anticipating scheduling conflicts. Serve as a trusted administrative partner, responding quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests. Exercise exceptional judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information and communications. Ensure seamless execution of day-to-day executive operations, following through on critical tasks and action items. Maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders while representing the CEO with professionalism. Remain available to support the CEO's schedule, including work that extends beyond traditional business hours when necessary. Schedule & AvailabilityThis role is driven by the CEO's calendar rather than a fixed work schedule. Hours will vary based on business needs and may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional last-minute schedule changes. Lunch breaks are taken as workflow permits, and flexibility is essential to success in this role. This position begins as a temporary assignment anticipated to last approximately three to four weeks and does not constitute a permanent offer of employment. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance during the trial period may be considered for a permanent Executive Assistant opportunity. Who You Are Entry-level candidates with exceptional organizational skills and executive presence, as well as experienced Executive Assistants, are encouraged to apply.
