Job Description

Overview

A rapidly growing organization in the Akron, Ohio area is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level professional and personal support to the President and Chief Revenue Officer. This is a highly visible, high-trust position for an executive support professional who is proactive, polished, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. The ideal candidate will be a true extension of leadership, anticipating needs, creating structure, and handling sensitive business and personal matters with exceptional judgment and discretion. This role requires the ability to travel 15-20% of the time. THE ROLE: Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, developing a strong understanding of their priorities, working styles, and business objectives. Strategically manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and competing business and personal commitments. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and real-time changes. Experience with private aviation is a plus. Prepare executives for meetings and client engagements by coordinating materials, information, and executive briefings. Track key priorities, commitments, deadlines, and action items to ensure consistent follow-through. Serve as a polished liaison between executives, internal leadership, clients, and external partners. Draft and refine executive correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and concise summaries. Provide trusted support for select personal matters, scheduling, reservations, travel, and other executive-related needs. Handle highly confidential business, personal, financial, and tax-related documentation with the utmost discretion. Coordinate with authorized attorneys, accountants, financial professionals, and other external advisors as needed. Support executive-level client engagements and deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience. Create organized systems and processes that improve communication, workflow, executive preparedness, and overall efficiency. Partner with broader administrative and support teams on executive priorities, special projects, and client-facing initiatives. Provide occasional evening, weekend, and time-sensitive support as executive needs arise. YOU: 5+ years of progressive experience providing high-level support to senior executives, C-suite leaders, founders, principals, or business owners. Proven ability to operate as a proactive executive partner rather than solely providing traditional administrative support. Experience managing complex calendars, travel, competing priorities, and executive logistics. Experience handling highly confidential business information and sensitive personal matters with exceptional discretion. Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate needs, identify priorities, and operate independently. Polished written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience supporting multiple senior executives and/or providing both professional and personal support strongly preferred. Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or another high-growth environment is a plus. Flexibility to provide support outside traditional business hours when needed. Ability to travel as required. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation and benefits package. Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
