Overview

The Executive Assistant at Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC will support the Executive Leadership Team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exhibits strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate large internal meetings, leadership meetings, and company-wide gatherings
  • Assist with internal communications, such as newsletters and executive communications
  • Support marketing initiatives and manage company store programs
  • Track and coordinate executive projects and action items
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and execution of priorities
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Professional presence and integrity
