Overview

ChenMed is seeking Primary Care Physicians to join their team in Louisville, KY, as part of their expansion in 2023 and 2024. With a focus on providing high-quality, relationship-centered care to seniors on Medicare Advantage, ChenMed offers a supportive environment with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on primary care to seniors
  • Manage a small patient panel of up to 450 patients
  • Conduct triaged telephonic calls with very light call responsibilities
  • Participate in a value-based care model
  • Utilize full front and back office support

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
  • Licensed in the state of Kentucky (or in the process of being licensed)
  • Open to Residents and Fellows
  • Open to J1 candidates
