What You'll Do: Perform light maintenance and security rounds across campus buildings.Lock and check doors, windows, equipment, and lighting.Monitor parking lots and ensure buildings are secure.Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies or maintenance calls.Escort and assist residents, staff, and emergency personnel as needed.Support safety initiatives, including fire and weather alerts.Help with snow and ice removal and other light projects to keep our campus safe and comfortable.Communicate any security or maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
