Overview

Hello! Destination Management is seeking an Event Sales Account Executive in San Diego, CA. The role involves leveraging skills in meeting planning and sales to manage accounts, lead a sales team, and create proposals for event services.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales in assigned area and oversee all accounts from proposal to final billing
  • Supervise the performance of the Account Manager and Program Design Associate
  • Achieve sales goals and build solid client relationships
  • Create opportunities through sales efforts and communicate with clients to determine needs
  • Conduct site visits with clients and contract approved services
  • Attend Pre and Post Conference Client meetings and check in with clients daily during program operations
