Job Description

Overview

The EUV Program Manager at NY Creates plays a critical role in leading and coordinating the Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography (EUV) program, part of a next-generation semiconductor research and development center. This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the program meets its goals and effectively collaborates with various stakeholders in the semiconductor industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative operations and support processes for the EUV program
  • Ensure compliance with program plans and partnership contracts
  • Manage external communications, including reports and newsletters
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors and government officials
  • Facilitate meeting planning, document preparation, and communications with partners
  • Support the strategic alignment and execution of the EUV program's project portfolio
  • Evaluate and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for projects
  • Create and analyze key performance indicators to improve results
  • Track project changes and implement necessary adjustments

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in hard sciences, engineering, business, or related field
  • Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience in technical projects
  • 5+ years of experience navigating complex organizational structures
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor industry and IC manufacturing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management best practices and software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
