We work with top GCs and developers and expect a high level of performance from our team.Position OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, driven Estimator who knows how to move fast, read plans accurately, and put together solid numbers. This is not an entry-level role. You will be responsible for producing accurate takeoffs and pricing on large-scale projects with tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Perform detailed takeoffs using Bluebeam (or similar software)Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications with accuracyPrepare material takeoffs for railings, canopies, and related systemsBuild complete project estimates including materials, labor, and vendor pricingManage multiple bids at once and hit deadlines without excusesWork directly with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricingIdentify scope gaps and ensure nothing is missed in the estimateSupport value engineering and cost optimization when neededRequirements (Must-Have)Minimum 2 years experience in estimating and material takeoffsStrong ability to read and understand architectural plansExperience using Bluebeam Revu or similar takeoff softwareHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressureAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesCompensation & GrowthCompetitive salary based on experienceStrong pipeline of multifamily workOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding companyWho This Role Is For:Someone who is:Fast, accurate, and takes ownership of their workComfortable working in a high-performance environmentNot afraid of deadlines or volumeWho This Role Is NOT ForEntry-level candidatesAnyone without estimating experienceAnyone who struggles reading plans or staying organized
