As an industry leader in Multi-Family, HOA, Commercial, and Hospitality exterior renovations, we deliver large-scale projects with the quality, professionalism, and follow-through our clients count on. From garden-style apartment communities to high-rise hotels, we bring craftsmanship, hustle, and heart to every project. We own it by taking responsibility and seeing things through. We play to win by setting ambitious goals and going all in. We raise the bar by pushing ourselves - and each other - to deliver excellence. We lead boldly by taking initiative and driving progress, and we bring good vibes only while doing it! If you're ready to join a company that takes its work seriously, where your effort counts, your ideas matter, and your impact is seen, ECC is the place to be! ECC Exteriors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Pacific Northwest team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction estimating who can independently manage bids, analyze project requirements, and contribute to winning work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale exterior renovation projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to fully understand scope, risks, and requirements. Develop detailed takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Lead and manage the bid process from initial review through final submission. Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure competitive and strategic bids. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals. Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed. Maintain and refine estimating databases, cost history, and tools. Qualifications and Requirements: 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (exterior renovations, multi-family, or commercial preferred). Proven ability to manage estimates independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel outside the region as needed. Work Environment: Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits. Travel between job sites across Washington and Oregon. Compensation & Benefits: Salary starting at $75,000+ depending on experience. Paid vacation and sick time. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Strong opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. ECC Exteriors is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
