Overview

Advance-Esthetic LLC is seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetic Educator to join their team. The role involves conducting training sessions, maintaining product knowledge, and engaging with customers and sales teams to promote skincare solutions. A key aspect of the position is performing live demonstrations on social media and mentoring staff and clients on equipment usage.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct interactive training sessions for the sales team
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product information
  • Keep accurate records of training sessions, including feedback and issues
  • Attend trade shows and represent the company
  • Perform social media live demos and training sessions
  • Mentor and coach customers and staff on equipment usage
  • Schedule appointments using designated tools
  • Provide support for customer service-related issues as assigned

Required skills

  • Esthetician license
  • Three or more years of hands-on skincare experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in conducting social media live demos
  • Laser Certification preferred
  • Electrology experience a plus
  • Ability to travel at least 45% of the time
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools
