Washington State Bar admission is a plus, but not required. What We're Looking for in an Attorney The ideal candidate will bring both technical sophistication and the interpersonal skills necessary to counsel clients through important personal and financial decisions.We're looking for someone who: Has extensive experience with advanced estate and tax planning. Has experience advising business owners on business planning and succession matters. Has experience preparing and reviewing estate tax and gift tax returns. Is knowledgeable in trust administration and post-death trust management. Is comfortable working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families. Can independently manage complex matters while collaborating effectively with colleagues and staff. Communicates clearly, thoughtfully, and confidently with clients and professional advisors. Demonstrates strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and personally accountable. Values professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent client service. Appreciates the importance of discretion, empathy, and relationship-building. Wants to contribute to a collegial, mission-driven firm culture. _ Attorney is required to have at least 3 years of advanced estate and tax planning experience. LLM is a plus.
