Overview

The Law Office of David L. Carrier, P.C. is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney for their firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role focuses on developing estate plans for the middle class and involves working closely with clients on matters related to Trusts, Wills, Asset Protection, Medicaid Applications, and Probate Law. The company prioritizes a stress-free approach to these sensitive issues, notably operating with a predominantly paralegal staff to allow attorneys to concentrate on meaningful client interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to answer questions and propose estate plans
  • Handle sales aspects during initial client meetings
  • Follow up with clients who were not able to close deals initially
  • Meet with clients to review and update outdated estate plans
  • Maintain direct contact with clients via phone, virtual, and in-person
  • Create content for marketing platforms, including articles and blogs

Required skills
