Integrative Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an Estate Attorney to join a reputable boutique law firm in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in estate planning and administration, and a strong desire to grow their practice within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare estate planning documents including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
  • Advise clients on structuring their estate plans
  • Prepare deeds and related documentation to implement estate plans
  • Administer estates and trusts from inception to distribution
  • Draft and review probate and trust administration documents
  • Conduct legal research on probate and estate planning issues
  • Prepare and review Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Returns
  • Prepare and review Fiduciary Income Tax Returns

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in estate planning and administration
  • Legal research and documentation skills
  • Client advising and communication skills
