Overview

On Track Escrow is looking for a friendly and professional Escrow Officer/Manager to join their team in Palmdale, California. This role involves coordinating with various professionals in the real estate industry to assist clients during the closing process of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with realtors, loan officers, and other professionals in the real estate industry
  • Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
  • Monitor compliance with contracts and state/federal laws governing escrow transactions
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
  • Perform administrative tasks

Required skills

  • High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience closing escrow transactions
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, loan process, title insurance, and escrow process
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software, including title and escrow software
