VIRIDIAN TITLE, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Escrow Officer/Title Agent to join their dynamic title division in Jeffersonville, IN. This role requires managing and closing various residential and commercial title transactions while providing top-tier support to clients, agents, and lenders. Key responsibilities

  • Manage and close a pipeline of residential and commercial title transactions from open to funding
  • Interpret and execute buyer, seller, and lender instructions with precision
  • Order and review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare title and escrow documents
  • Coordinate and conduct seamless closings, including final disbursements and recordings
  • Provide exceptional client service and experience
  • Act as a trusted resource to realtors and loan officers
  • Engage in in-house agent events and outreach to drive business
  • Build and grow a loyal network of real estate professionals
  • Maintain compliance with regulations

Required skills

  • 3+ years of escrow/title experience
  • Licensed Escrow Officer/Title Agent
  • Strong grasp of the full closing process
  • Natural leadership skills and relationship-building
  • Operational expertise and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in title software systems (Qualia certification, GSuite, Gmail)
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Must be a Notary Public
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience launching title operations in new markets or JV experience is a bonus
