Overview

New Era Escrow is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer in El Segundo, California. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple transactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with lenders and title companies, all while contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

  • Open new escrows and coordinate with lenders
  • Manage transactions for residential, commercial, and refinance deals
  • Resolve title issues and handle complex lien situations
  • Ensure all closing dates are met and necessary documents are properly signed
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client relationships

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an independent escrow company
  • DFPI clearance
  • Experience with industry software like QUALIA or RBJ
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
