Flying S Title and Escrow is looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to join their team in Bozeman, Montana. This role involves managing escrow files for construction, commercial, and residential transactions while ensuring smooth closings that meet the needs of all parties involved. Key responsibilities

  • Manage escrow files from receipt to completion.
  • Facilitate meeting with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and customers to draft escrow instructions for closings.
  • Prepare for closing by obtaining necessary documents and ensuring accuracy in all closing statements.
  • Conduct the execution of closing documents and manage fund disbursement.
  • Address inquiries from realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers regarding title work and legal documents.
  • Develop and maintain a client base through effective marketing strategies.
  • Support corporate values and culture while adhering to company policies.

Required skills

  • Three years of experience as Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, or related roles.
  • Proficient in customer service and relationship building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic to advanced computer skills, including Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a producer license and Notary within 90 days.
