United One Escrow is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join their Torrance, CA location. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in escrow management and must be able to handle various tasks related to the processing, closing, and funding of title orders while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete tasks associated with intake, processing, closing, and funding new title orders
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the escrow team
  • Attract and follow-up with clients to grow the business
  • Meet business production levels consistently
  • Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate well within a team
  • Enhance the company's reputation through ownership of new requests

Required skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and title insurance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience with Manufactured Home or Bulk Sale Escrow preferred
