RennickBarrett Recruiting is seeking a highly experienced Escrow Officer to manage the entire escrow process and enhance growth in La Quinta, California. The role involves overseeing transactions, ensuring compliance, and building strong client relationships while leveraging an existing book of business.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the escrow process including preparation, review, and management of documents
  • Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate seamless transaction closings
  • Maintain and expand client relationships by providing superior service
  • Utilize digital signing platforms to streamline document execution
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws governing escrow transactions
  • Resolve any title or escrow issues that may arise
  • Prepare accurate closing statements and disbursement of funds
  • Support business development efforts by networking and promoting services

Required skills

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role
