This role involves managing the entire real escrow closing process, ensuring compliance with various requirements, and collaborating with the title department to resolve any title issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish new escrow accounts
  • Manage the real escrow closing process
  • Ensure compliance with real estate contracts and lender instructions
  • Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues
  • Prepare transaction documents for title insurance issuance
  • Oversee issuance of checks, bills, and statements
  • Conduct closings with customers, realtors, and lenders
  • Assist clients with closing-related questions
  • Complete calculations for taxes and interest
  • Record and file documents as required
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements

Required skills

  • Experience in escrow management
  • Knowledge of title insurance and real estate compliance
