Overview

Starcrest Escrow, Inc is looking for a friendly and professional Escrow Officer to join their team in Cypress, California. The ideal candidate will have a book of business and will coordinate with various real estate professionals to assist clients throughout the closing process.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with real estate agents, loan officers, and other professionals
  • Review complex documents such as purchase agreements and lender instructions
  • Monitor compliance with state and federal laws related to escrow transactions
  • Prepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
  • Facilitate the disbursement of escrow funds
  • Perform administrative tasks
