Overview

The Escrow Officer at First Integrity Title Company is responsible for providing closing services for various real estate transactions, including REO, residential resale, refinance, builder, and commercial deals. This role requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as a solid understanding of title insurance, legal documents, and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall closing process
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Provide status updates on transactions throughout the closing process
  • Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions
  • Prepare and submit error-free closing statements to lenders
  • Ensure compliance with RESPA and TRID regulations
  • Facilitate a professional closing experience, including obtaining signatures and handling funds
  • Prepare closing files for disbursement
  • Resolve post-closing reconciliation issues
  • Mentor and assist closing assistants
  • Maintain constant communication with team members
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist in training new employees

Required skills
