Overview

The Escrow Officer at First Integrity Title Company provides closing services for various real estate transactions including REO, residential resale, refinance, builder, and commercial. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, preparing necessary real estate documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations throughout the closing process.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the overall closing process
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Provide transaction status updates to customers during the closing process
  • Review contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions for document preparation
  • Prepare error-free closing statements according to regulations
  • Ensure a professional closing experience by handling documentation and fund transfers
  • Resolve post-closing reconciliation issues within company timeframes
  • Assist in training new employees and mentor closing assistants
  • Communicate workload and scheduled closings with the supervisor and team

Required skills
