This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, keeping complex details organized, and helping buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and attorneys move through the closing process with confidence.Why You'll Love Working Here Family-owned company with a long history of employee longevitySupportive team culture and meaningful career developmentFast-paced, engaging work environment with variety in each transactionOpportunity to grow client relationships and build a strong book of businessMeaningful work that supports customers through important real estate milestones Key Responsibilities Manage escrow files from opening through closing and post-closing, ensuring transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.Prepare, review, and manage escrow documents, closing statements, title documents, lender instructions, payoff statements, lien releases, insurance documents, and other required materials.Review title commitments and tax certificates, identify title issues or exceptions, and coordinate resolution with the appropriate parties.Meet with attorneys, realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and clients to draft, review, and explain escrow instructions, agreements, and closing documents.Conduct closings both on-site and off-site, oversee the execution of required documents, and disburse funds in accordance with company procedures and customer or lender requirements.Administer trust accounts in accordance with company policy and handle confidential transaction information with discretion.Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients by phone, email, and in person to answer questions and support smooth, timely closings.Participate in business development efforts, attend community and real estate events, and build and maintain a book of business through proactive relationship building and client engagement.Support and promote the company's core values, goals, and culture, while adapting to changing responsibilities and procedures with a positive, productive attitude. What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skillsAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning and using escrow/title software and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretionExperience building relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, clients, and community partners is a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the escrow or title industryMust have or be able to obtain a producer license within 90 days, if applicable by stateMust have or be able to obtain a Notary Public commission within 90 daysExperience with residential, construction, and basic commercial transactions preferredValid driver's license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle for business purposes, including errands, tra
