Overview

The ERP Systems Administrator at Uplift Education will assist with a new Workday ERP implementation and will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the system to ensure its stability, security, and functionality. This role supports Finance, Human Resources, and IT stakeholders, requiring expertise in Workday administration, configuration, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Workday modules for optimal system performance.
  • Manage Workday user accounts, roles, and security groups.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and conduct regression testing.
  • Act as a technical liaison for Workday helpdesk tickets.
  • Support business process configuration, workflows, and notifications.
  • Identify system improvements and implement solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Workday integrations with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data integrity through audits and validations.
  • Provide advanced user support and training for end-users.
  • Project manage IT work initiatives and perform data backups.

Required skills

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday system administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Finance and HR.
  • Familiarity with integration tools such as Workday Studio and EIB.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Workday certifications (HCM, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Payroll).
