Significant experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects within the public sector. Demonstrated experience leading ERP replacement projects within Canadian municipalities. Current PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Experience working with Canadian municipal governance, procurement, and decision-making environments. Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams. Experience managing ERP vendors and external service providers. Experience providing strategic advice, recommendations, options, and decision support to senior administration, executive leadership, elected officials, or governing bodies. Preferred / AssetOrganizational Change Management certification. Experience with large-scale ERP transformation. Experience with business-process modernization. Experience with ERP procurement and vendor evaluation. Experience with data migration, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live. Experience transitioning ERP solutions into ongoing operations. Education & Certifications Relevant education must be included on the resume, mandatory bachelor's or master's degree.Mandatory certification - one of the following:PMP - Project Management Professional CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management PRINCE2 Practitioner Asset: Organizational Change Management certification.
