We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Dallas or Houston branch who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT infrastructure for multiple clients! You enjoy building relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders and project teams and you have an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem-solving ability and a strong curiosity about technology solutions that help businesses across various industries.A Day in the Life:Lead and manage Dynamics 365 projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projectsManage cross-functional teams: Coordinate with business analysts, developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure the solution meets business requirementsManage project risks: Identify and mitigate risks, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress.Ensure the Project Delivery Framework processes and practices are followedProvide oversight on project plans, schedules and develop solutions to program challenges by assisting project managers in successful completion of projects on time and on budgetManage multiple project resources spread around North America: Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project management deliverablesManage project documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, resource allocation charts, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.Leverage expertise to support clients in the areas of project planning and management as requiredSupport a team of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budgetManage multiple client facing projects simultaneously that will vary in technologies.
