Job DescriptionJob DescriptionERP Implementation Project Manager (Epicor Kinetic ERP)We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead our Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation. You will be the central point of accountability, working closely with Comtec (our implementation partner) and our internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to customer projects.Company OverviewFounded in 2003, NXA began its journey as a family-owned business specializing in process and utility piping work. Responsibilities:Must work on site at NXA's Fayetteville, AR location during regular business hours.Lead all phases of the Epicor Kinetic ERP implementationCoordinate internal resources and manage cross-functional project teamsLiaise between NXA, Comtec, and executive leadershipDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverablesIdentify and mitigate risks to business operationsOversee SOPs, training plans, and change management effortsSupervise the Epicor Kinetic ERP AdministratorDrive adoption, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvementRequirementsMust be able to work on site at our Fayetteville, AR location5+ years of project management experience (ERP/manufacturing strongly preferred)Proven success leading cross-functional teams through complex implementationsMust have experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP or similar platformsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPMP certification or equivalent a plusBachelor's in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferredJoin NXA Manufacturing, where your work makes a difference every day.
