Job Description

Overview

The ERP Business Analyst will support daily operations in a dynamic production environment by ensuring effective use and maintenance of the ERP system. This role requires strong analytical skills and close collaboration with various internal teams to optimize system efficiency and document processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support ERP activities across production, purchasing, planning, finance, and customer service.
  • Build ad hoc reports, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues using SQL/HANA queries.
  • Assist with documenting processes and developing training materials for system users.
  • Troubleshoot ERP errors and determine root cause across configuration, data, and user-driven issues.
  • Support rollout of export/import modules and other ERP enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with production schedulers, production managers, and other internal teams to improve system efficiency.
  • Communicate system changes and solutions in clear, easy to understand terms.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
