Job Description

Overview

The ERP Business Analyst role at CFS in Zeeland, MI focuses on supporting daily operations across various departments by ensuring effective use of the ERP system. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and the ability to translate business processes into effective ERP solutions, fostering collaboration within internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Support ERP activities across production, purchasing, planning, finance, and customer service
  • Build ad hoc reports, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues using SQL/HANA queries
  • Assist with documenting processes and developing training materials for system users
  • Troubleshoot ERP errors and determine root cause across configuration, data, and user driven issues
  • Support rollout of export/import modules and other ERP enhancements
  • Work cross functionally with production schedulers, production managers, and other internal teams to improve system efficiency
  • Communicate system changes and solutions in clear, easy to understand terms
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify workflow optimization opportunities

Required skills

  • Experience using Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools
