Job Description

Overview

The ERP Business Analyst at CFS supports daily operations across various functions such as production, scheduling, purchasing, finance, and customer service by ensuring effective use of the ERP system. This role combines technical troubleshooting skills with a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, enabling the analyst to translate business processes into efficient ERP-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Support ERP activities across production, purchasing, planning, finance, and customer service
  • Build ad hoc reports, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues using SQL/HANA queries
  • Assist with documenting processes and developing training materials for system users
  • Troubleshoot ERP errors and determine root cause across configuration, data, and user-driven issues
  • Support rollout of export/import modules and other ERP enhancements
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve system efficiency
  • Communicate system changes and solutions in clear, easy to understand terms
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify workflow optimization opportunities
