Overview

Lifting Gear Hire Corp is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team in Burgettstown, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the availability of rental equipment used in various construction and rigging operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections for quality compliance
  • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test various equipment types
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment
  • Operate forklifts for loading/unloading and transporting equipment
  • Drive company vehicles to safely transport rental orders

Required skills

  • Mechanical aptitude or background
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with rigging equipment
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT certification
