Overview

Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Part-Time Environmental Services Technician to join their team in West Windsor, NJ. This role involves maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in the Wellness Recovery Center facilities and vehicles, directly supporting client care and infection control standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of all clinical areas, offices, group rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Sanitize high-touch areas like door handles and shared equipment
  • Clean and restock bathrooms with necessary supplies
  • Ensure trash is removed regularly and disposed of properly
  • Vacuum company vans weekly and disinfect their interiors
  • Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or janitorial work
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured routines
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
