Overview

Aramark is looking for an Environmental Services Operations Manager for the 2nd shift at Baylor Scott White Grapevine Hospital in Grapevine, TX. In this role, you will lead custodial operations, manage staff, and ensure client satisfaction while achieving financial performance goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee operational management and financial performance of the unit
  • Coach and develop custodial staff
  • Build and manage budgets, controlling costs related to labor, supply, and inventory
  • Establish effective client relationships and communicate operational progress
  • Implement and maintain operational excellence and productivity standards
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

Required skills

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services
  • 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial performance metrics
  • Leadership and team management skills
